Cwmni Iaith is IAITH's language planning unit.
Cwmni Iaith offers a range of language planning services to Wales's foremost public bodies, local authorities and voluntary organisations as they develop bilingual skills and promote further use of the Welsh language.
The services include:
• an advisory and support service for managers and others regarding the development and implementation of corporate bilingualism;
• a research and development service in language planning issues used by public bodies, academic bodies and community groups;
• an education and training service around language awareness and the appropriate implementation of bilingual practice that provides training sessions, the development of courses and a publishing house for educational resources in relation to further education, higher education and workforce development;
• a support service for community and voluntary groups on developing the use of Welsh in the community.
